Before you ask a question via PM you should read in case of SL-specific functions of our FAQ. Here are all the features of the SL step by step documented in a simple and understandable way. If you do not find any solution or answer to your question you can contact our SL team via PM. Please state your PM, depending on the issue with all key information and facts we need. Experience has shown that these are in most cases, player, clan or server IDs. If you do not know exactly where you can find this information then try looking in our FAQs. There is a pictorial representation of the individual ID numbers. With too little information, we ask you to understand, we can unfortunately not process your request. If you have everything together you can be helped quickly and uncomplicated, the SL team is divided into groups each responsible for one area of the SL. To give you the best orientation within the forum, each sl Team member has got a group icon that you can find in its profile and here in the sl Teamlist. If you find bugs or general problems with the SL-trackers please write directly to this Forum. Since this is mostly dealing with common issues or problems that are not locally due to a player the use of the forum is the fastest way - faster than a PM. In optimum cas we are available online 24/7 to answer questions or to actively remove interferences.
Persons responsible for clan-tag registrations, server operator requests and clan password recovery.Do you have questions about the sl and all its ET specific functions? Du you want to register a clantag, need a helping hand at clanregistrationprocedure or have lost the clan(admin)password (password-recovery)? Then you will find more than enough contact persons that will help you solving your problem. You can also register a server to a clan and get a supportlink added in the serverdetails. Serveradding or password recovery will only be processed after an internal check and may take some time. If you experience errors in sl-functions we ask you to tell us in the support forum so we can give feedback and others have the chance to give their feedback too. This is the fastest way to solve errors or problems.
The sl is actually available in english and german. Other languages are not (longer) supported at this time.
